What 7visas pages are, and are not

• General and dated. Pages on the Golden Visa explain the rules in general terms and show when their sources were last checked. Rules change; check the date and the official source.
• From a seller. The site is marketing communication by the developer and seller of MVR 19.
• Not advice. Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice for your situation. An independent legal review of the site is pending.
• Illustrative images. Renders and visualisations show the design intent, not the finished building; photographs are labelled as such.
• Estimates. Areas are concept-design figures, and future dates are estimates or targets that can change.

Reservations need a signed agreement

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance or a contract. A reservation exists only once a written reservation agreement is signed by both sides. A purchase happens only by notarial deed in Greece. Prices and statuses shown on the site can change until then.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Patras, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.

Please write to us first: we answer every complaint. If you are not satisfied, consumers can turn to the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman.
