Who is building it
TPL S.A. is a company based in Patras, active in e-commerce and logistics; MVR 19 is its first residential project. We say this plainly because you should weigh it: the building is designed by ARCHRAY Architects, and the works will be carried out under permits and an engineer’s supervision, but we have no earlier residential projects to show you. You can check the company in the public registries yourself.
Where it is
Mavromataion Street is in south Patras, a residential area between the port and the city’s hospitals. On foot or by short ride: the South Port passenger terminal about 1 km in a straight line, St Andrew General Hospital 1.5 km, the city centre about 2 km, and the University of Patras campus at Rio 9.4 km by road. Living in Patras describes the city around it.
